To ensure the safety of our students, we require a completed registration form for any student wishing to participate in any of our programs, including Drop-In. Any other off-site or special event generally also requires a completed liability form.
Registration forms and upcoming event forms are available for download below. They are usually available in either a Word document or PDF (Adobe Acrobat Reader). Special events require a parental signature. A phone call will not suffice.
